McDonald's in Leonberg

Ingredients are saved. Have you ever tried to eat a McRib with almost no (!) Sauce, a scrap of cucumber and a few pieces of onion? Unfortunately, it is more the rule than the exception. Likewise, the order is incomplete and has already been experienced several times.

Four stars because they are open 24 hours.

Always super friendly and mostly still fresh burgers despite long waiting times.

We actually only wanted to go to the vet's practice to fetch food, it's always a long way because we live in Illingen. But it was already lunchtime and my idea was to go straight to the McDonalds afterwards. I am not really one who writes any reviews, this is the first time and for me it is very important to get rid of this !!!. We drove to McDonalds Drive in Leonberg: At first the person who was ordering was extremely unfriendly !!!! He didn't understand me at the counter, I had to repeat the number twice. He kept hairy on his order with Happy Meal! He became more and more puffy, I spoke the number clearly and distinctly! (Again he didn't understand me.) That I wanted nuggets with cheese wedges. Ah, it was called then !!!!! No "excuse" the same: one more thing ?????? Second I was calm. First had to swallow. "So everything !!!" "No, came from me, ordered three other things. Since I said with the first order that I wanted it twice, I repeated myself again. Unfriendly to the hundredth! Then my husband and I drove to a parking lot And now came the second ::::::: my husband still had two hairs in the burger, never again !!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN! This place is sick, we'll go to Burger King in the future. We wanted to treat ourselves to something and ordered the whole family from the McDrive. Once we didn't check the giant bag. At home we found that 4 cheeseburgers and 3 fries were missing. The big rösti was a vegan burger with only meatballs and a little salad and the chicken burger was only the chicken. Of course we paid for everything.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, really rude! No accommodating (food was not packed at all, everything was thrown in the bag) Manager there is the lowest level no humanity!

Unfortunately, something is often missing in the orders. Always check that it is complete!

Two of us sat in the car and wanted to redeem a voucher for a McMenu separately from each other in the drive-in. We were told very unfriendly that this was not possible and that we would have to drive through the drive-in again to redeem a voucher. When asked why this is so and what difference it makes, the answer was neither competent nor dismissive. It is interesting that in another McDonald's restaurant the same situation did not cause any problems the day before and two orders with one voucher each could be taken together. The reference to this fact was also ignored by the employee. The ordering process was therefore very unfriendly, cumbersome and double the waiting time. The next time you drive on the motorway on this route, this McDonald's restaurant will definitely not be hit again.

The time of the coronavirus showed itself to mc from the other side ... if you can't wear a mask for health reasons, you can't go in ... now we'd rather go to the Burger King

Ordered mcnuggets and fries at the mcdrive. You don't even check the bag and the fries are immediately missing! I ordered 2 things and half of them just wasn't in the bag - of course I paid for them anyway. Cheek!

Under all sow this shop! Despite a doctor's certificate that a mask does not have to be worn because of severe asthma. You were put in front of the door by the boss in a very rude way! We ordered in the drive, order again not right! My husband wanted to go in to swap the toy and have the order corrected, then he is sent out very unfriendly despite showing his certificate. He should queue up in the drive (15 vehicles in the drive) !!! Of course, of course, and the rest of the food will be cold! Apart from the fact that the shed does not accept anyone with a certificate, the way the employees and the boss treat their guests is very blatant. I work in the restaurant business myself, but that's not possible! Even as a boss, you should never forget that these guests pay your wages !!! But no wonder the staff is like that. The boss lives it! Furthermore, some employees have the mask under their noses, so I don't quite understand why my husband wasn't allowed in without it. Doesn't make any difference then.

Very clean and the self-service kiosk was easy to use.

So far the worst MC Donalds far and wide. Toilet clogs the other dirty. It doesn't help to disinfect your hands at the entrance if you can't dry your hands after going to the toilet, because there are no towels in the dispenser and the fan is switched off or defective. When ordering, an ordered burger was completely forgotten, but one dessert too many was delivered at the Happy Meal.

The worst service we have come across. Strawberry milkshake was without strawberry syrup after the 2nd time it was not exchanged the male employee behind the cash register did not want to give the money back and did not give his name. That's impossible.

Very bad location, very filthy, and not a single clean table. I ate my food here last night, had to wait 20 minutes for my food (while it wasn't that busy) And afterwards (about 20 minutes later) i got very sick, i think the food was rotten or something (and also the burger was cold) My stomach got very upset.

One of the bad McDonalds. Place is dirty throughout; from tables and floors upto toilets (see pics). They have ordering machines but then you can wait for more than 10min on your fast-food order. Employees walk around in way too big clothes. All in it’s a poor place with too little attention from management.

I orded (mac drive) and payed for a chicken burger menu (with fries), but received a chicken bagel and no fries. When I entered to complain, they just told me 'it's not a menu', but I payed and orded it. No reaction, very unpolite service!
